提高托福閱讀速度技巧：眼動訓練

　　考過托福考試的同學都知道，在中，時間是最大的敵人。要想徹底征服托福閱讀，就必須提高托福閱讀速度。

　　托福閱讀解題的過程實際上也就是兩大快速閱讀技巧的結合：略讀(Skimming了解中心) +查讀(Scanning查找細節)。 skimming 和scanning 都要求能快速準確地識別關鍵詞或詞組(定位速度)。而恰恰這一步是大家所不熟悉和忽略的。這肯定不是詞匯量不足的問題。要真正提高閱讀速度，必須首先提高定位速度。

　　這里給大家介紹一下掃視定位法，即變逐字、逐句閱讀為字群、詞群、意群閱讀，用一目一行，一目多行等方式，以高于平時精讀幾倍乃至幾十倍的速度掃視閱讀材料，從而快速在原文中定位到題干中的關鍵詞。具體做到：避免眼球沒有規律的掃視； 避免中途回視；加快眼動速度，逐步擴大視知覺廣度。 視知覺廣度大，由于眼球注視時間短和中途回視的次數少(眼動速度快)，閱讀的平均速度就比較快。
